Three sizes of self adhesive cable clips are currently produced in both natural and black nylon 6.6. The clips are taped singly and packed 100 per polyethylene bag. It is possible to produce varying strip lengths to customers own requirements.
Nylon 6.6 is noted for its toughness, electrical insulation properties and chemical resistance. Our black clip is resistant to U.V. radiation and is therefore suitable for exposure to sunlight and external conditions.
The adhesive consists of a white polyethylene foam coated on both sides with a high performance synthetic rubber adhesive, providing a particularly high level of instant tack, combined with high shear adhesion.
The clips will withstand continuous temperatures of -2OC to +6OC .They can also be supplied with acrylic adhesive, where they will serve in continuous temperatures from -4OC to +8OC, making them suitable for automotive applications.
